Student Loan Repayment Extensions?

I'm interested in attending Full Sail University in the fall. Film school is really pricey, so I'm going to need a $100,000 loan. The repayment period is 15 years which makes monthly payments around $800 after graduation. This seems a little unreasonable for a student fresh out of school to pay. Does anyone know if there are extensions for monthly payments like 24 or 30 years??

Can you stop making loan payments if you go back to medical school?

I will have to take a year off before medical school when I graduate from college and am trying to figure out what the best option is for me. I am considering doing a post-baccalaureate program for one year, taking one class at my college that year, and other options all in order to defer loan payments. Is it possible for me, however, not to go to school for a year and have my loan payments deferred when I go to medical school?
