What should I do to get him to ask me out/like me again?

So, there's this guy I like and his name is Griffin. About 3 weeks ago (i didnt like him back then) I found out he liked me. So I started falling for him, but then he told a couple of his friends he likes me 50% and this other gurl Elle 50% (jerkk righht?).. Elle is my friend, but we both started kind of fighting over him. Like we'd both push eachother out of the way to talk to him.. try to look gorgeous.. well, he chose her. Today, he broke up with her, after dating for about 2 weeks. I still really like him, and we talk together still and he always, always(: laughs at my jokes... (its not awkward). what should I do to get him to ask me out?
