NO!!! No no no no no no!!! There is not a good enough to word to describe what you should do other than forget him. That "he says he's willing to change" junk is the EXACT things that every guy in the WORLD who is a complete jerk says to get his ex back. Ever watch Maury or Jerry, or Steve for that matter? Those guys on there are often controlling, abusive losers who do not deserve a second chance. He will not change. The making you wear things is a sign of possible physical abuse, cutting you off from your friends is abusive. And like you said, he doesn't trust you. Delete his number from your phone, block him on facebook and your phone and if he tries to win you back at all, tell him to go jump off a bridge. He is not worth it. And if he starts to threaten you, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. If he threatens you at all, call the police and take legal action. This guy sounds like a jerk. No second chances. You never forgive and you never forget.
