Is it safe to deliver at 36 weeks?

my drs want me to keep my baby full term but my primary dr dont due to the fact is im high risk pregnancy i have hiugh blood pressure ,severe asthma and have fluid threw out my heart so my primary wants to have me induced at 36 because the bigger my baby gurl gets the more harder it is for me to breathe but i am worried and wonder if she will have ne complications
