I am so worried about this?

I am going to be a sophomore in college this fall. I am a journalism major. I have NEVER had a job. I always apply for them, and call back frequently, but they always tell me to call back later. i have a lot of student loans out, and I'm starting to get worried about whether or not i can get a job to pay them off. On top of that, my major is journalism which isn't doing so well in the job market right now, so i dont even know if i can get a job with my degree!! I don't know what to do anymore, should I change my major? How do I get a job??
