I dont know if this girl likes me and i dont know what to do the next time i see her?

i saw this gurl a few months ago on the city bus she always smiled at me everytime she saw me but i was 2 shy 2 say anything than one day i saw her at the swimmin pool and she approached me even though she had a boyfriend we conversed 4 a while got to know each other found out her name age school and other basic information than she went to hang with her boyfriend i guess she was trying to make me jealous not to sure though my questions are does she like me and should i make a move on her even though she has a boyfriend?
