Is there a credit card that someone with bad credit can get to consolidate payments?

im not that far in debt but i have many different lines of credit and im trying to close them all out and lately ive been finding myself not able to pay everything in a month. my credit is shot due to non payments on a card here and a card there and i find myslef getting very frustrated because i cannot get myself out of this hump. does anyone know of a particular company that can do a card like that or where i might be able to get a loan from without having anything to use as collateral
